These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to Sub Texas Alliance ERP and related communications from True Insight Construction, LLC ("True Insight Construction," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Sub Texas Alliance ERP, Field HQ, or providing a mobile number for job and task scheduling notices, you agree to these Terms.

Service

Sub Texas Alliance ERP is a business application used to manage construction jobs, schedules, purchasing, field coordination, and related records for True Insight Construction and authorized users. Access is limited to accounts we provision. You must keep login credentials confidential and use the service only for authorized business purposes.

SMS / text messaging program

True Insight Construction may send SMS job and task scheduling messages to mobile numbers you provide through our public opt-in form. Program details:

• Program name: True Insight Construction job and task scheduling.
• Types of messages: job assignments, start times, locations, and schedule or task changes. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
• Frequency: message frequency may vary.
• Cost: standard message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
• Help: reply HELP or INFO, or email [email protected].
• Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

Consent

Submitting the public SMS opt-in form at https://true-insight-erp.fly.dev/sms (mobile phone number field plus an unchecked consent checkbox with the full SMS disclosure) constitutes consent to receive the job and task scheduling messages described above. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle phone numbers and other personal information.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Sub Texas Alliance ERP, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the service to send unlawful or unwanted communications.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" for business operations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Insight Construction disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service or SMS delivery.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Insight Construction is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from use of the service or SMS program.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
