True Insight Construction, LLC ("True Insight Construction," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Sub Texas Alliance ERP application and related job-site tools. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information, including mobile phone numbers used for job and task scheduling text messages (SMS).

Information we collect

• Contact details you or your employer provide: name, email address, mobile phone number, job title, and company affiliation.
• Job and project information needed to run construction operations (schedules, assignments, and related records).
• Account and usage data when you sign in to Sub Texas Alliance ERP or Field HQ (authentication identifiers, device/browser type, and activity needed to secure the service).

How we use mobile numbers and SMS

If you provide a mobile number by submitting our public SMS opt-in form, we may send SMS job and task scheduling messages related to that work. Examples include job assignments, start times, locations, and schedule or task changes.

• Standard message and data rates may apply.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.
• Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• We do not send SMS to purchased or rented lists. We do not use SMS for marketing or promotions.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the business: with authorized employees and contractors, with service providers who process messages or host systems on our behalf (for example SMS carriers and hosting providers), and when required by law. Service providers are instructed to use information only to perform services for us.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data retention

We retain contact and project records for as long as needed for operations, legal, and accounting purposes. You may request updates to your contact information by contacting us.

Your choices

• SMS: reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts from our messaging number.
• Account access: contact your True Insight Construction administrator to update or deactivate an ERP user profile.

Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for a construction ERP, including authenticated access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our services are for business use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
